The HEF error code for an MSpa spa means an error in your heating element. To find out if your heating element is actually broken, you can first do a number of tests to make sure that your heating element is broken or that these actions resolve the HEF message. First turn off your MSpa:

1) First, make sure the control panel's thin pins are properly connected.

2) Second, you should check that your water level is between the minimum and maximum.

If these actions do not solve the problem, it is very likely that your heating element is broken. Contact your supplier for replacement.

HEF0 = The HEF0 means that the circuit board in your pump is broken and needs to be replaced.

HEF1 = The HEF1 means that the heating element or the printed circuit board must be replaced.

HEF2 = The HEF2 means that the MSpa pump is overheated, this can lead to a defective circuit board or heating element.

The FEF error code of an MSpa spa indicates an error in the filter system. To find out what is wrong, you can first take a few steps that may solve the problem of the error code. Read below which steps you can do to see if you can fix your FEF error code yourself:

1. Connector not properly connected?

Check that the thin metal pins of your inflatable hot tub are okay and the plug is properly seated in the control panel.

2. Is nothing blocking the filter?

Make sure the filter is not blocked by leaves or debris.

If neither action works, it is very likely that your filter system is broken.

FEF1 = The error code FEF1 means that the filter cable is not properly connected or the transformer or filter pump is broken.

FEF2 = The error code FEF2 means that the system is overheated and the filter pump needs to be replaced.

FEF3 = The error code FEF3 means that several things could be going on:

- Cause 1: Is the water level between the minimum and maximum level?

- Cause 2: Check that the inlet and outlet of your pump is not blocked by debris

- Cause 3: Check whether the water pressure cable is properly connected to the printed circuit board

- Cause 4: Your circuit board needs to be replaced

The BBF error code of an MSpa spa is an error in the bubble system. To find out if your bubble generator is actually broken, you can first do a number of tests to make sure that your bubble system is broken or that these actions resolve the BBF message.

Cause 1: Connector not properly connected?

Check that the thin metal pins on your inflatable hot tub are okay

Cause 2: Filter cassette dirty or water inlet clogged?

Check your filter if it is not clogged or replace / clean your filter.

Cause 3. Water level too low?

Check that your water level is at the right level, the water must be between the maximum and minimum level in order to get the most out of your pump

Cause 4: Filter pump no longer working?

Turn off your power to your inflatable hot tub, remove the filter and turn the pump back on

If all of the above no longer works, your MSpa supplier must examine the pump for other errors / problems.

BBF0 = The error code BBF0 means that the circuit board is broken.

BBF1 = The error code BBF1 means that the bubble generator, circuit board on check valve is broken.

BBF2 = The error code BBF2 indicates that the system is overloaded and can be resolved by replacing the bubble generator or the printed circuit board.

MSpa error code CEF | Error MSpa whirlpool CEF

The error code CEF stands for “Controlpanel Element failure”, this means that something could be wrong with your control panel:

Check the 4 pins on the control panel and see if any pin is bent or damaged.

If yes: replace the display.

If not: replace the display and the printed circuit board.

MSpa error code SPL or SPH | Error MSpa bubble bath SPL or SPH

Cause 1: Check if the temperature is below 0 ℃ or if there might be frozen water in the filter pump or heating tube?

Solution: Fill the spa with warm water (max 42 ℃) or place the spa in a warmer place Cause 2: Check if the temperature sensor cable is properly connected to the PCB

Solution: Reconnect the cable carefully.

If this does not work, the filter element or the printed circuit board must be replaced.

SPH: Cause 1: Test if the water temperature is below 60 ℃.

Solution: Turn off the spa and allow the water to cool. Then switch on again.

Cause 2: The water inlet / outlet is dirty or blocked.

Solution: Check that the water inlet / outlet is clean and nothing is blocking the entrance.

If this does not work, the filter element or the printed circuit board must be replaced.
